Christian was born in the South of France and, with a grandmother from Reims, you could easily say sparkling wine has always had a special place in his heart. In 2003, after 20 years in the tech industry, Christian and his family moved to Napa where he started in the tasting room at Cuvaison and later worked as the GM for Venge Vineyards. In 2007 he started Mobile Wine Services; a Velcorin Dosing Service. In 2010, MWS partnered with VinPure. They are now the largest Velcorin Dosing provider in the US.

Eric fled Florida in a 1992 Crown Victoria with 75,000 miles, a few weeks’ worth of clothes, a Nokia cell phone, a Rand McNally Map and a dream. Within a week of arriving in Napa he landed a cellar position at Dry Creek Vineyard. Since his days at Dry Creek Vineyard, Eric has worked with the likes of Kirk and Nils Venge, Philippe Meka, and Marco DiGiulio, and started crafting his own wines in the Crusher District. His first wine Punk Dog, was named after his Corgi, Sophie.
Craig Roemer is a UC Davis graduate with over 30 years of experience producing sparkling wines. Craig continued to gain expertise by making wine for one of the most prestigious Napa sparkling wine producers for 15 years. Over the course of his career, Craig has made Méthode Traditionnelle, Charmant, Pet-Nat (Petillant Naturel) and Carbonated Wines. He has made wines on four different continents, which are North and South America, Europe and Australia. He has worked with the three traditional varieties, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, as well as a number of other varietals not typically associated with Méthode Traditionnelle Sparkling Wines. He has proven his expansive knowledge base and attention to detail to make a wide variety of quality and uniquely expressive wines.
Raised in the Napa Valley with Californian and French parents, as well as frequent travels to France, Claire grew-up fascinated with all aspects of the global wine industry. After returning back from college back east, her first job was working custom crush production at The Wine Foundry. While she enjoyed the challenge of wearing many hats, she missed the east coast and was enticed by an offer to work in client services for Sherry-Lehmann Wine & Spirits in New York, leading Corporate Sales. In this role, Claire worked closely with luxury brand clients leveraging the wine experience to enhance their position. Clients included Cartier, Senient Jet and Omega. Looking to diversify her wine experience and broaden the accessibility of wine knowledge, Claire next managed operations for Antonio Galloni at Vinous Media. Ultimately, Claire missed the California sunshine and couldn't resist the chance to work alongside her Father in sparkling wine production (her favorite) helping wineries of all sizes produce that special sparkling wine reflective of each winery’s unique narrative.
